b) Investigación en colaboración:
- En colaboración con el grupo del Dr. Alberto Muñoz (IIB, Madrid), hemos investigado el mecanismo de actuación del agente anti-cancerígeno Plitidepsin® y el papel de Spry2 en cáncer de colon.
- En colaboración con el grupo de la Dra. Marian Martínez-Balbás (Parc Científic, Barcelona) hemos analizado los efectos de H- y N-Ras oncogénico sobre las histonas acetil-transferasas: CBP/p300.
- En colaboración con el grupo del Dr. Eugenio Santos (CIC, Salamanca), hemos estudiado la regulación funcional de Sos1 y Spry2 por el complejo COP9/Signalosoma.
- En colaboración con los grupos de los Doctores George Thomas y Ramón Salazar (ICO, IDIBELL, Barcelona), estamos investigando la relevancia de las proteínas "docking/scaffold" Spry2 y Sur8, como posibles dianas en cáncer de colon.
- En colaboración con los grupos de los Doctores Xosé Bustelo (CIC, Salamanca) y Pedro Fernández Salguero (UEX, Badajoz), estamos estudiando el papel funcional de Sur8 en la homeostasis de la piel.
